Processing Time
All artwork is made and/or packaged with care from our home studio. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials appropriate for fragile or original pieces.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
